Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tabs, including our website, subscriber tools, alerts, written content, live shows, and related services. Tabs is operated by Tabs Sports LLC. By purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Tabs Service
Tabs provides NBA news, player-status and lineup alerts, research tools, informational resources, live and recorded content, and written analysis. Certain features may be delivered through third-party platforms including Telegram, Discord, and YouTube.
Tabs is an independent sports-information service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA or its teams.
2. Subscription Access
Most Tabs features require a paid subscription. Your subscription permits personal, non-commercial use of the services and content made available under your plan.
You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, redistribute, resell, sublicense, systematically extract, or commercially exploit Tabs content, alerts, data, tools, or other proprietary materials without our written permission.
Account credentials and subscriber-only access may not be shared with unauthorized users.
3. Billing and Plans
Tabs currently offers the following subscription options:
Monthly — $119 per month. The Monthly plan is billed monthly and automatically renews each month until canceled.
Season Pass — $599 per season. The Season Pass is a one-time payment and does not automatically renew. It includes access through the NBA regular season, playoffs, and Finals for the applicable season.
Before purchasing, you will be shown the applicable price and billing terms.
We may offer additional plans in the future. The price, duration, renewal terms, and other material conditions of any additional plan will be disclosed before purchase.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring Monthly subscription at any time through any self-service cancellation method we make available or by contacting support@tabsnba.com.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, you will retain paid access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
The Season Pass is a fixed-term, non-recurring purchase and therefore does not require cancellation to prevent future renewal.

5. Alerts and Third-Party Platforms
Some Tabs alerts may be distributed through Telegram or Discord, and some content may be delivered through YouTube or other third-party services.
Use of those services may require a separate account and is also subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.
We do not control the operation, availability, delivery speed, outages, account policies, or other functionality of third-party platforms.
6. Information and Accuracy
Tabs attempts to provide timely and useful NBA information, but sports information changes rapidly. We do not guarantee that any alert, lineup, injury designation, statistic, research result, analysis, or other information will always be complete, accurate, available, or delivered without delay.
You are responsible for how you use information provided through Tabs.
Tabs does not operate a sportsbook and does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers.
7. Intellectual Property
Tabs and its licensors retain all rights in the service and its content, including text, graphics, branding, software, tools, databases, research, compilations, alerts, workflows, designs, and other materials, except where otherwise stated.
Your subscription gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for your personal use while your subscription remains active.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with the operation or security of Tabs; attempt to gain unauthorized access; reverse engineer or circumvent access controls; use automated systems to copy or extract substantial portions of the service; share paid access outside your authorized account; or use Tabs in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms.
9. Service Changes
Tabs is an evolving product. We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features, tools, content, delivery methods, or integrations.
We will not intentionally make retroactive changes to your billing terms without appropriate notice or consent where required.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabs Sports LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Tabs during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated when legally required.
